THOTBB Files ("we", "our", "the service") is a file hosting platform for members of the THOTBB.PK community. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the service.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: When you sign in with your forum credentials, we receive your user ID, username, avatar URL, and forum usergroup IDs from the THOTBB.PK XenForo forum. We do not receive or store your forum password.
- Uploads: File names, sizes, optional descriptions, passwords (stored in hashed form), and expiry settings you set. File contents are stored on our infrastructure.
- Usage: We may log uploads, downloads, and IP addresses for abuse prevention, rate limiting, and security.
2. How we use it
We use this data to operate the service, prevent abuse, and respond to lawful requests.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share information with the forum (THOTBB.PK) for account linkage, and with law enforcement when required by law.
4. Retention
Files and metadata are retained until you delete them or they expire.
5. Your choices
You can delete your files and folders at any time.
